This guide shows you how to change the units of measurement on a Hayward / Goldline Aqua Rite Salt Chlorine Generator between US Standard and Metric units. For US Standard, the units for Temperature and Salt levels are Fahrenheit and ppm respectively. For Metric, the units for Temperature and Salt levels are Celsius and g/l respectively. Step 1
Set Salt Generator Switch to Auto - Make sure your main generator switch is set to Auto is used to change values in the diagnostic menu.
Step 2
Press Diagnostic Button - Press the Diagnostic button once to display the current water temperature.

Step 3
Change Unit of Measurement - Slide the generator switch from Auto to Super Chlorinate, then back down to Auto. This will switch the unit of measurement; repeat this switch slide to switch it back to the original setting.
Step 4
Save Change - Once the desired unit of measurement is selected, press the Diagnostic button once to save your selection.
